Directed by Mehmet Muhtar and based on a 1928 Turkish novel, this atmospheric black-and-white curiosity is notable as the first film to show Dracula with pronounced fangs, with Atıf Kaptan as a balding, clean-shaven Count in formal dress. A fascinating, rarely screened blend of gothic horror and Turkish culture for vampire fans.
