Working with regulatory authorities internationally to empower locally owned Internet infrastructure, he founded Village Telco, a social enterprise delivering affordable WiFi mesh VoIP technologies to underserved areas. Previously, he led the ICTs for Development program in Africa at the International Development Research Centre (IDRC).</description>
